OT: I now a LEAD

Last week, one of the top bosses, called me to her office and asked me If I would be interested in a promotion. I am now going to be paid for every thing I have been doing for years. I am not sure what I will be doing, I am sure that will all come out in time. But I am happy it happened. about two years ago, this same promotion was talked about but that was just about it. But now its real. OMG!! We have a new top dog, and she is making some changes, and this is one of them.

Anyway that is my good news, now I need to get some sleep cause I have been going into work at 5 am every day this week and working until 7 pm and tomorrow will be more of the same. UGH

Huge congrats to you!!!  I am glad they finally recognize your hard work and loyalty to them.  A lot of times they never acknowledge it.  Sounds like you have a good new Top Dog.
